I found it! It has been moved to Apgujeong (狎鸥亭)subway station #336, use exit No. 2 turn left on 1st small lane and walk about 10 mintutes,it is on your right hand side corner. It is a new 3 stories building. Medium price, good food, excellent service - It closed early on Mid-Autumn festival night (major event in Korea) but they extend the business hours just for two of us.
